Our vision is ‘a world where people can follow their hearts’ starts from respecting human rights. We follow the RGF Staffing Human Rights Policy to respect the rights of our diverse team members.
We provide all employees with training focusing on human rights relating to the products and services provided by our organisations. These include modern slavery, unconscious bias, anonymisation, and spotting bias in adverts.
